The case is characterized recessed satin-finished flanks that create a nice contrast with the other polished surfaces and against the cabochons that decorate the ends of the lugs. On the left side, we find the slide for actuating the minute repeater. The grand Feu Enamel dial is high-gloss finished with an intense blue colour that makes the applied large 18k White Gold Breguet numerals stand out clearly. The three subdials display the perpetual calendar indications (day, date, month, and leap year cycle) together with a 24-hour display at 9 o’clock. The moon-phase is displayed at 6 o’clock, well highlighted by in a champlevé́ white gold frame. The leaf-shaped hands in 18k White Gold are filled with a luminous coating for improved legibility even in poor light conditions. Polished 18k White Gold crown that with ribbed edge for comfortable grip and logo Patek Philippe. The dial closed by a Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal and Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal case back and interchangeable full back. The watch is equipped fixed polished 18k White Gold by a concave bezel.
