Luxury watch Patek Philippe Complication Calatrava Pilot Travel Time 37,5mm collection for women and Reference 7234R-001. This model was the continuation of a series of historical aviation watches produced by the manufactory in the 1930s. It features an easy-to-read a brown dial and a subtle black gradation toward the periphery.
